Shipping and Returns

  • Orders ship within (number) business days from Austin, TX.

  • Kits ship by USPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • If anything arrives damaged or missing, email hello@heartfeltprimary.com withing (number) days with a photo and we’ll make it right.

  • Unused kits in their original packaging can be returned within (number) business days of receiving the return.

  • Because digital files download right away, printables are not refundable. If a file won’t open, email us and we’ll send it again.

Heartfelt Primary runs heartfeltprimary.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. If you have questions, email hello@heartfeltprimary.com.

Information we collect

  • When you place an order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number and what you bought. Payments are processed by [Stripe / PayPal / Square]. We never see or store your full card number.

  • When you join our email list or download a free printable: your name and email.

  • When you book a consultation: your name, email, the time you choose and anything you share about your child and family in the booking form.

  • When you contact us or fill out the partner form: your name, email, organization and your message.

  • When you visit the site: basic information collected automatically by Squarespace, such as your browser, device, pages visited and general location, using cookies.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and support your orders

  • To schedule and prepare for consultations

  • To send emails you signed up for, such as free resources, product news and workshop updates

  • To answer your questions and partner inquiries

  • To understand how people use the site so we can improve it

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run Heartfelt Primary:

Information about children

Our products are for children, but this website is for parents, caregivers and educators. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you share details about your child, for example in a consultation form, we use them only to prepare for your session and keep them private. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

Emails

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we'll still send emails about orders you've placed.

Cookies

Squarespace uses cookies to keep your cart working and to measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, like checkout, may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for taxes and business records. We keep email list information until you unsubscribe, and consultation notes for [number] years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you. Email hello@heartfeltprimary.com, and we'll respond within 30 days.

Keeping information safe

We use trusted services with industry-standard security, and only we can access your information. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
